Stillington & Whitton

Friends of Stillington Village Hall 

Set up in 2016 as a voluntary constituted group of local voluntary residents to help promote and support local groups in the area using the Hall following the Asset Transfer of the building management by Stockton Borough Council to Onsite Building Trust

The aim of the group is to address the need for interactive social inclusion for especially younger and older residents which is lacking due to the rural location and lack of of public transport.

The group actively supports  consultation needs, set up, funding application and ongoing financial administration encouraging self sufficiency once established with confidence, 

Voluntary Groups presently running under the 'umbrella' of Friends of Stillington Village Hall

Mondays - 1.30 till 2.30pm - Move It or Lose It -Exercise Class for over 50's or special needs
Mondays - 6 till 7pm - Youth Music Club ages 7 -14 as students, with 15+ as peer mentors
Wednesdays - 1 till 3pm - Tea & Tonic - all ages - tea/coffee & snacks, chat, local info, bingo
Thursdays - 1 till 3pm - Art Group - all ages and abilities - advice and support for the amateur artist
Thursdays - 6.30 till 8-.30pm (term times only) - The Youthy -ages 10+ games, crafts & lots more
